When Personal Data is transferred to NORTHIX through a client data controller and we act as the processor, the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in providing requested Services to our clients. We assist the client data controller in complying with its legal obligations.

NORTHIX may share or disclose Personal Data with:

  • Subsidiaries and Affiliates: To support and provide Services to our customers.
